Mad props to Beto. He's put the GOP on the defense, with a powerful and consistent attack. One based in not only emotion, but reality. The Dems need to learn from it.
True. But too many Dems would see that as a no go zone. Beto is pressing the advantage for the betterment of the country. Not much more you can ask for, from your politicians. Also, that the GOP can't just hide behind their "Blue Lives Matter" flag here helps.
The one issue Beto is good for is gun control. I just hope he can get somewhere with that passion cause our state needs it.True. But too many Dems would see that as a no go zone. Beto is pressing the advantage for the betterment of the country. Not much more you can ask for, from your politicians.
Data published by the Pew Research Center in 2019 highlighted how federal prosecutors have a 99.6% conviction rate. To put those numbers in perspective, U.S. Attorneys filed 79,704 cases in 2018. Of those, only 320 resulted in acquittals.
I think they're afraid of someone who may actually vote or lean more "Left"-ward than her. She's actually a Conservative Democrat.I'd rather have a potato in office than Feinstein.
They enjoy protecting their own. That way their own positions aren't threatened.I think they're afraid of someone who may actually vote or lean more "Left"-ward than her. She's actually a Conservative Democrat.

Whoever wins it's a thankless job without much potential for advancement. The job of mayor isn't to be super ideological - that's state and federal office. I probably would have ranked Garcia first and Wiley second. Adams and Yang act too eccentric for me, I don't know why us dudes have to act like buffoons. No real love for whoever wins, the job of NYC mayor is to be generally hated with exceptions.
And what about Adams, who’s at the helm of the city? His job approval rating is deep underwater. Just 29% rated his performance as good or excellent, while more than twice as many (64%) said he’s doing fairly or poorly.
