Discussion: The REPUBLICAN Party - Part 16

Kind of like when Clinton and Sanders both declared themselves the winners of Iowa. Funny that you said nothing then. Seriously dude, we're in the same party and even I can say you are a total party sheep. A Republican could cure cancer and you'd say "why didn't they focus on AIDS!?!" :funny:
It is held that Hilary only won Iowa because her supports intentionally created false "viability" of O'Malley preventing those who initially voted for O'Malley from voting for someone else. Even then it was a .3% difference iirc

Which IMO is a world away from 2nd and 3rd place finishers both claiming victory

I like Kasich and think he's the only sensible Republican out of the whole bunch but his "women left their kitchens to support me" line is a worse blunder than Romney's "binders full of women" :funny: I hope it doesn't sink him.

Presidential.

I actually haven't seen this. As a native New Yorker, I have to admit I can't help but love that response. He handled it very classy and calm too. Credit where it's due, that was very well done on Trump's part.

F*** Ted Cruz.

Considering this statement and his defunding of planned pare thood, Im going to assume he is suffering from the delusion that it is the year 1955.

If Trump was more like he is in that video and less "I will build a wall, and make mexico pay for it." and "No muslims in America". I could probably consider voting for him. There is probably a good leader in Trump its just burried under so much BS that I cant support.

I was almost considering feeling even a little bit sorry for Jeb earlier, until I read up on his part in the whole Terri Schiavo thing.

Yea. He, his brother, those sleazy "spiritual advisers", Jesse Jackson, etc., and everyone else who helped turn it into a media circus to score political points should all be ashamed of themselves.

What happened to letting people sort out their issues on their own?

Good to see Jeb and Carson reminding everyone how sleazy they both are.

I don't think Obama's disconnect with "working America" whether black or white, or brown, or whatever....has anything to do with race. It has everything to do with an "elitist attitude". That in my opinion is the disconnect.

Ive never got the impression that Obama was an "elitist". I feel I could talk to him as easily as I could talk to someone like George W Bush.

Yeah every President is elitist after a while because he's so protected from interacting with normal people on a daily basis. In my view, at least Obama had to make his own money at one point in time and didn't come from money.

I wouldn't say his grandparents were rich but they were what you would call middle upper class

I smell ammo for Trump and Rubio.

I guess I'm naive cause I don't see the disconnect
