Was it really neccesary to taser her. Can 3 cops not pin a single female to the ground? Even if the taser was neccesary to subdue her, then why shock her for 13 full seconds?! 13 seconds seems like a short time, but any normal human should be under control within the first 3 to 4 seconds. If a person is writhing in agony on the ground, then it seems pretty god damn obvious that they are under control.

What could a woman of her size possibly have doen short of brandish a deadly weapon to deserve that? If she had a deadly weapon, she would have been tasered, shot, or maced long before they got her to thr ground.

Youre from Miami, so am I. There are over 25 registered cases of police officers using tasers on kids as young as 8. SO please, stop talking.
