This clearly needs to be a horror movie:
Perfect animatronic children have replaced all the real children and awoken to consciousness, while singing the song "It's A Small World", slowly driving all the adults insane and to mass suicide.
The last surviving human adult (Johny Depp) , goes on a mision sailing across the globe, to find any last still human child, while he hunts down all the animatronic children, until he's shot and silenced every last one.

Finally alone in his boat adrift in the ocean, Depp driven madder and madder in an attempt to silence the song, with one last bullet in the chamber, about to take his life, when from under a tarp a little hand emerges, weeping, could it be the last human child has survived?
Then he hears it - it's a world of laughter, a world of tears, ... a world of hopes, a world of fears.....- Suddenly a gun shot! and flash.
Everything fades to blinding white.


Depp awakes, grinning , adrift in a heavenly world, through the mist he sees all the children alive fantastically dressed in white.....It's a small, small, world.
