If you're going to take the rather sad tactic of attacking someones spelling or grammar instead of their actual argument, you should endeavor to not make grammatical errors of your own whilst doing so. I felt my high school English teacher rolling in her grave at that last attempted sentence.

Honestly, I don't think they (Disney) should get the rights back until the MCU fixes their own problems.

Yeah, the MCU is clearly the lesser of 3 evils. I can honestly say that I've never outright hated a MCU film until IM3. Whereas with FOX and Sony there's too many to count.

At least giving Disney the keys to the whole city there wouldn't be any excuse. (WB)

Well there is a difference with the MCU vs. Sony's and Fox's....when I am watching the MCU movies, I really do feel like I am watching a Marvel Universe movie...part 616 part Ultimate...regardless, it feels right...there have been some changes, some great, some not good (Mandarin), but at the end of the day, I love what Disney and Marvel have done. Spiderman 1 and 2 felt right, I liked Amazing..but none the less F4 needs to go back to Marvel...period.

Fox would have to be stupid or just plain arrogant to not realize that most fans don't want this film being made. I'm beginning to think they would take a deal with Marvel in a heartbeat but Marvel isn't dealing because they're hedging their bets on Guardians of the Galaxy and feel getting the FF back would be a windfall.

Here's a thought: What if all of this is just Fox posturing in the hopes of making a deal with Marvel and if it doesn't work out then they will let Trank just go and make a sequel to Chronicle? After all that's what this reboot sounds like to me anyway.

Nobody knows! It's a maddening mystery.

However, many of us strongly believe that 2015 is the make-or-break release year for Fox. If Fox doesn't release an FF film then the first family comes back home to Marvel where they rightfully belong.

I don't see FF doing big numbers in 2015. The year is the most packed one we had in a while (Avengers 2, Star Wars 7, Batman/Superman, final Hunger Games, etc.).
