Disney to bring Cinderella back in live action

Pan is not being done by Disney, and that's the name of that film: "Pan".

I heard it was gonna be the first in a trilogy.

The only two negative reviews I have seen for this both state reasons that don't apply to me as to why the movie isn't good. One basically just says that the Cinderella story/Fairytale is bad, so this movie is bad. The other line is pretty much a rant about how Disney is evil and their princess stories destroy feminism (even referred to this as "Princess porn," which is a phrase people use to criticize something when they can't actually think of a clever or well thought out criticism).

I won't be skipping out on this like I did Maleficent (much like Tron: Legacy, Maleficent is one of those films I regret not seeing in theaters now. I'll never or never felt the need to see Alice and Oz based on reviews and feedback. But should I?).

Watch Maleficent? Eh. Sure, if you really want to. It's not terrible, but it isn't great, either. It really could've been a lot better than it was.

Yeah they could have cast someone better than Kunis.

Maleficent was pretty good in my opinion.

I disagree, it was a very weak adaptation of the original film and wasted a ton of potential, from the reviews, i trust this one will be better.

Maleficent on all levels blows away Oz and Alice. It raised the bar on these live action adaptations for Disney and Cinderella needs to exceed or match it. I think Jolie's directorial debut slowed her "comeback" momentum a bit, but not Maleficent.

Maleficent has raised the bar? Against Alice and Oz, it was the film that offended me the most as a fan of the original film.

Maleficent was a strange movie. I liked it but the CG was confusing because most of it doesn't look cartoony enough, nor does it look real enough. So it's looks like a weird cartoon hybrid, especially in the opening scenes with young Jolie.
