Disney+

OMFG
this looks hilarious. Meta like Free Guy and I felt a lot (old school) Framing Roger Rabit vibes
And now we know, who Seth Rogen gonna play.
But same old story. Spring 2022 really means end of spring. 10 days of spring left. They should‘ve said early summer, when they announce such stuff. Spring 2022 for me is end of March-mid/late April.

Was not expecting a 2022 Roger Rabbit. Sold.

Integrating CGI, and its various forms through the years, into the Toon Town world is killing me.

Has there been a guess when the Willow series come out? Is it supposed to be this year?

Just released its the same director as Popstar and Hot Rod.

I am super in.

It lost money in theaters, but given the pandemic effect, I'm not sure it would have lost money during a normal year. Hopefully, they just put it down to "you have to do some experiments, and sometimes they won't work, lets learn what we can and move on."

It’s one of those movies where I have no desire to proactively search for it on D+ and watch it, but if it comes on TV by chance I might just sit and watch.

Since it's a Disney+ streaming exclusive, I'm not so sure it'll ever be made available to watch anywhere else.

Interesting. So it will never show on TV? Does that also include Black Widow and Shang-Chi?

I don't think it applies to non-Disney+ exclusives like the MCU films or any other Disney films that had a theatrical run unless they were to show it on the Disney Channel, which seems kind of unlikely since Disney would probably rather have more streaming subscribers. Cable is pretty much losing the battle against streaming as it is anyway.

Eternals is MCU and had a theatrical run…unless you’re talking about Chip n’ Dale? For that one I agree with you since it’s made exclusively for Disney+

I was talking about Chip N' Dale.

Curious no mention of the netflix stuff.

Curious no mention of the netflix stuff.

Either that promo was cut before the decision was made about whether the Netflix shows would be going to Disney+ or Hulu or they were deliberately left out so as to only focus entirely on new titles premiering on the service (i.e. not catalog titles that aren't necessarily new).

The Defenders-verse is coming to D+ and color me surprised.

It looked liked that promo was more Disney+ original heavy (which may be why the Netflix marvel stuff wasn’t mentioned).

Are there any Russian history documentations on Nat Geo in your country? I have a VPN client and was looking for documentations. It’s only “Wild Russia” in my country

That must mean they’re going to increase the current subscription price by a lot.
