That isn't my hand, Bella

Your stick? I mean, for roasting marshmallows?

[cautious] Yes, of course. [/restraint]

Someone should sing a song about sweet, melty, hot marshmallows on a stick. Yumm....

I can almost imagine how the lyrics might sound:

So, sweet and moist and soft
You raise my tongue aloft
My mouth covers you
MMMMM... it's love true

Marshmallows, marshmallows, ewwy gooey marshmallows
Marshmallows, marshmallows, ewwy gooey good.

I sing in church (not in a choir) and in the car . . . that's pretty much it. I feel confident enough to lead singing in a small group (no microphone!), but I don't have the pipes to get up in front of the entire congregation with a microphone and do it.

I sing in private, mostly to amuse myself. I've sung in karaoke lounges before, for my own amusement as well.

I've done that. I've also sung in the church choir when I was younger. Around Christmas time, if you're in Toronto, you might see my sister and me singing carols on the subway (with a gaggle of other folks).

I sing in the shower, I sing while doing the dishes, I sing when I'm out walking, I sing whenever I feel the mood impell me.

Haha, if you ever wanna get a group together to do that, let's take over the TTC! :applaud

:woot: The easiest time to do it is if you're downtown after the Santa Claus parade finishes. You get lots of willing volunteer singers from the kids who've been watching the parade and some of them are even brave enough to request specific songs.

I'm notorious for it unfortunately. No one will ever play Rock Band with me ever... I just have to sing, badly.

The fact that I found that a little erotic... That bad or good?
In my humble opinion, I'd say... good.

You are one sexy artist. I love you.
Now I'm hungry.

Do you do that, ie. sing carols on the subway, every Christmas? What a lovely tradition!

Hahaha! We sure have that in common. Even when I'm not singing out loud, I'm singing in my head. The only time I am totally silent is when I am in a deep sleep. Sometimes I sing myself to sleep. My life is like the Rocky Horror Show.

I sing everrrrrywhere.

I do karaoke every Saturday night at a local Restaurant/Bar. Everyone pretty much knows who I am there, haha.

I'd say I'm a good singer at the songs I do. I have a reeeeeally odd range. I can do really low, and I have a uncomfortably-high falsetto. But the point where my voice changes from regular singing to falsetto is right smack-dab where must songs sung by guys lay, so it's tough to find a good song to sing by a guy.

Songs I do a lot at karaoke::
"Tribute" - Tenacious D
"F*** Her Gently" - Tenacious D
"Enormous Penis" - DaVinci's Notebook
"I'll Be (500 Miles)" - The Proclaimers
"Runaway Train" - Soul Asylum
"Come On Eilieen" - Dexy's Midnight Runners
"Save the Last Dance For Me" - Michael Buble
"Spider-Man Theme" - Michael Buble
"Take On Me" - A-Ha
"I Believe In a Thing Called Love" - The Darkness
"Bother" - Stone Sour
"Losing My Religion" - R.E.M.
"I Can't Help Falling In Love With You" - Elvis
"I Will Always Love You" - Whitney Houson
"My Heart Will Go On" - Celine Dion

...yes, you read those last two right. :) I save those ones as the last one for the night every once in a while. Always gets a great reaction, because at first everyone's quiet and looking at me like they're thinking "is this guy serious?!?!", but I can actually sing them really well (and in the original octaves), so by the end everyone's cheering for me and will come up to me afterwards and compiment me. :)

...and I don't drink, so I'm ALWAYS sober. haha

The end of the night, eh? How sober are the people listening to you once you get to... "[pause] AND IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIeeeIIIIIIIII"?

HAHA I've been known to do a bit of karaoke when I'm out of my nut.

I remember on my 21st birthday me and mates were all hammered and a few of us did a Artic Monkeys song (can't remember which one now :D) and we was up on the tables, throwing beer about. We got the pub jumping hahaha. But swiftly after was forcibly removed for knocking someones table over along with all their drinks :hehe:

Horrible quality, and over 2 years old, but here's a taste:

It's much better now, and when I have a mic stand to really let myself get into the song. :)
