Do you think they will bring back Nathan? And how do you think they will do it?

Also, do you think Sylar should go? As much as I like Zachary and the character. I believe Sylar has gotten too powerful and holds back new villain storylines.

I wish Nathan had been killed off last year and that they either incapacitated Sylar or killed him off too.

Sylar being trapped in Nathan's body is a completely unnecessary storyline which already showed signs of where it was heading way back in the season finale.

The only aspect of the storyline that I'm interested in is Peter realizing that Nathan is not Nathan and that everyone has been lying to him.

Well , Nathan's body is decomposing and in order to bring him back they would have to ressurect it . Unless Sylar/Nathan get's a power where he can switch to two people , Like Multiple Man in X-factor. If he could do that they could give one Nathan's memories , I don't know.
Not saying it's a good idea to do that but i'm sure they could come up with something if they wanted.

Nathan was killed off, and Sylar was incapacitated. That's the beauty of what the Heroes writers did.

I think the Heroes writers care more about keeping the actors around then keeping the characters around. Ali Larter is a good previous example of this. They found a way to kill off Nathan and remove Sylar while still keeping both as regulars on the show so the Heroes crew probably think they struck gold with this brilliant concept.

As for the topic, I don't think Nathan is coming back just like Nikki isn't coming back. As long as they have Nylar around and Matt's mental Sylar showing up top give viewers a balanced breakfast of both actors, they probably don't care about bringing Nathan back.

It's not beautiful, it's stupid. Nathan should have been killed off, and not replaced with a new Nathan. Him being killed was a great moment. Sylar should have stayed Sylar and either been killed or incapacited, and everyone should know and have reacted to Nathan's death. It was such a cop out to keep him alive in some form.

This is what's supposed to happen since "five years gone" though , I thought? Sylar posing as Nathan .

Five Years Gone is a future where the explosion wasn't stopped. None of that future exists anymore. Unless we are also going to see how Suresh becomes Chief Medical Advisor and Parkman becomes the head of Homeland Security. Then they also have to explain why Nikki is still alive and has a relationship with a scarred Peter. The explosions being stopped made the future in Five Years Gone completely invalid.

That's the problem with time travel in TV shows, especially future time travel. If it's not handled by smart writers it just turns into a mess.

Not to mention Sylar was still looking for Claire's power in the future after the explosion. Or the fact that no one has the power to explode anymore. Sylar lost all his previous abilities besides TK because of the virus in Season 2 and Peter lost all of his powers in Season 3 because of Arthur. And Ted is dead, so neither one of them has any way to regain that power either.

Oh , I haven't seen the first season in quite some time . It seems all mixed up when I read some comments. Some still expect Claire to go bad and Hiro to turn into a badass.
