Do you think the writers are going to have Peter run into Sylar and "borrow" his MULTIPLE powers?

I dont think so. The will meet up though, they have confirmed that Peter and Sylar will fight again. Im thinking the writers have been working to show that Peter still has his original empathic mimicry but because of the betrayls he has suffered through he has shut himself off from others.
The church scene where he talks about being angry cemented this for me. Now Peter has to make a concious effort to connect to people and absorb an ability.
But now with him reconnecting with his family and begining to forgive, i think we will start to see his power grow. I dont know if they will make him as powerful as he used to be, but i think he will be able to store more abilities at once.

I agree that this is probably the case, but Peter would be an idiot if he didn't try to absorb some powers from Sylar if he had the chance. Sylar can't fly, so swoop in, grab him, and BAM! Hell, he could even take the so-called empathic mimicry that Sylar has also (Probably the worst bit of Villains for me was when we Sylar apparently had Pete's ability too. /mindboggle), so that he has his "old" ability back. Then he could just soak em up no problem. There's a multitude of ways that it could happen when Pete and Sylar duke it out.
