Now that Sylar has regained his powers are you happy that he's back?

Initially i wasn't and thought he should have been killed off at the end of volume 1 but we've been denied of a good Peter/Sylar fight for too long and now that Peter's rapidly seems to be gaining control over his powers hopefully we'll get to see a fight of epic proportions!

So with that in mind i think it's great that he's back!

nope. I was wishing he'd leave the show somehow. Im tired of him and ready for a new villian

I would have preferred if he gained his ability to take other people's powers back but now had to start his hunt again from scratch....

it'd make it more interesting and force him to ditch that levitation, telekinesis thing he always does. that's just lame....

I assumed he had all his powers back as telekinesis was never his in the first place.

Why would they do that? We've seen that already in season 1. I think there should be a hunt for Sylar and he should just go into hiding for a while.

Not really. They should've had the guts to kill him in the first place when Hiro stabbed him.

because the powers he currently possesses makes him far too powerful, same with peter to be honest.

the repetition is not necessarily a bad thing.

Besides, as long as he doesn't have claire's it's going to be a problem and give him a decent reason to return.

The thread pretty much sums up what I have to say...
No - he should have died ages ago!

Yes, I am happy that Sylar has gotten his powers back.

i think Sylar was a badass villian. but then they started to make him less mysterious. it was kinda sad to see all the mystery that is Sylar start to go out the window.

What do you guys think Sylar actually does with the brain? Eat it, absorb it, what?

I voted No.

I really hope the only reason they brought Sylar back is Kring is going to have an all out evolved human battle between Sylar and Peter and Sylar will be killed in horrific way.

maybe that and his ability to know how things work r his real super powers.

Exactly. I wish they kept him a dark character. I really digged the Mystery of him. Now all we have is a geek that is trying to be cool all the while dealing with his Mother Issues.

I'm glad he got his powers back because his character is useless to the show if he is without powers. His sole purpose is to collect as many powers as possible and become the most "significant" man on the planet. I always liked that his motives were simple, and that he didn't discriminate against the good or the bad, he just wanted to kill them all equally.

I really liked him in season 1. But it just seems like they ran out of ideas or something.

Now the question is...will they have him be able to use Candace's illusion ability. I say they shouldn't, since he didn't have his powers when he killed her.

I'm happy just because have we really seen Sylar string together multiple powers at a time? I mean we've seen Peter do this a couple times, but I mean Sylar has got some cool powers, which we've seen him accumulate, and not really use yet. You know I want to see a situation where his TK is like only a small component, and the freezing, or the liquidifying (or whatever you would call that power) are more in the forefront.

He should have died when Hiro stabbed him. That would have been an amazing death. I am tired of Sylar. I have been growing tired of him since the middle of season 1.

absolutely. We need the peter/sylar battle that 'five years later' promised but 'how to stop and exploding man' didn't deliver.

Same. I wanted Sylar to have a fresh start instead of regaining all the powers that he killed for. Wouldve made a much more interesting story.

Here's a list I'm making on the spot so correct me if I'm wrong

Sylar's Acquired Powers:
Telekinesis
Freezing
Melting Metals
Radiactiveness
Very acute hearing
Ability to learn things fast
Painting the Future

Original Power:
His own power of being able to see how things work

I'm very glad that this villain is back in the game because I like the way that he manipulates everyone without them knowing. He's one of the villains that's connected with the majority of the Heroes while Adam was connected with the parents and only some Heroes.
