The Amazing Spider-Man Does a Lizard with no snout bother you? If so, why?

Hmm....the Lizard does remind me of a something from Dragonball Z or Pokemon.

He reminds me of Frieza....if Frieza was green and scaly.

I think it's completely plausible to think that/ wonder if they'd promote one version and keep the more intense transformation more under wraps. I clearly see a snout in that fuzzy pic, but this version in the other fuzzy pic, and I don't think it's just in my own mind.

I think if the Lizard form were to evolve and change over the course of the film, they would have said so in interviews and the like.

I agree. If you're going to use a Ditko-esque, more human-like Lizard, use the lab coat. Or you might as well go all the way to monster Lizard with much more reptilian features if you don't want to use the lab coat.
Eliminating the lab coat has been done before, in Spider-Man: The New Animated Series, where I think it worked.

I was personally hoping to see him approximately the same size as Curt Connors, as he traditionally is. Oh well.

And that's my problem: Either you go with a more human Lizard, or you go with a more monstrous, reptilian Lizard. Why bother making his face look human if he's 9 feet tall? I want to see the Lizard, not the Hulk, and there's a very big difference.

And I actually just found out about Lizard pic like an hour ago.
