What about Will Wishers who got tremendous praise for his script that got Oliver Stone on board to direct at one point?

are you talking about M. Night Shymalan? As far as I know, i've never heard anything about him doing a Treatment for a Superman film. He did do one for Indiana Jones 4 though.
