BvS Doomsday or Metallo?

A second villain is all but confirmed for this movie, and all the rumors have pointed to Doomsday or Metallo.

If the second villain is one of these two, which would you all choose?

I'm going with Doomsday, i think a loose adaptation Death of Superman arc would be very compelling and IMO it can be done well at this stage. I don't think it's necessary to wait 3 films before killing off Superman.

Cavill has stated DOS is his favorite comic book storyline, and that the villain he most wants to see is Doomsday. If you look back, he also said he wanted to see a Batman/Superman movie and Cyborg before those things were confirmed.

I'm thinking Doomsday is the most likely, but I'm up for anything pretty much as long as we get a great movie.

Metallo for me too. He just seems like the better fitting antagonist.
It gives a solid reason why Superman would need Batman and it could also open up other possibilities in the universe;
- Kryptonite
- Man/Machines (Cyborg)
- Better story, Maybe he is a victim to the Zod battle?

I'd perfer Metallo but I will keep an open mind about any villain depending on the story.

I too suspect Doomsday is going to be the big bad and I have majorly mixed feelings about that.

It's hard to say. It seems likely that a villain with the muscle will be in this, but who would be the most compelling?
Doomsday? to soon?
metallo? he would kinda seem like a stepdown after zod to me.
bizarro? doubt it but who knows. not I.
Brainiac? he would get my vote even tho he isn't even rumored. you could have drone fights, and a reason for the other heroes to be in this.

My Doomsday idea:

-A 'demon' that crashed on Earth thousands of years ago, and now buried deep under Themyscira. The only way the Old Gods were able to subdue him was with the green rocks that arrived with the beast. But it has been making its way to the surface since the World Engine hit (or perhaps someone let it out).
-After Diana delivers her warning, Supes flies over to the island and confronts it when it finally emerges. They battle all through forests, mountains, underwater, etc with Superman trying to prevent it from reaching the nearest city.
-Batman has prepared a massive supply of liquid kryptonite and tells Clark to force the beast into it. The only way Clark's able to do this is by tackling it in and both are 'killed'.

My Metallo idea:

-A US army deterrent for Superman, made with LexCorp technology. Completely programmable. Volunteer is John Corben, who saw his wife burn to death during the Metropolis battle.
-When they turn Corben on, he malfunctions and regains its free will. Seeing his all-powerful new body, and knowing that this may be his one chance to have his revenge against Superman, he escapes STAR LABS, attacking the staff (injuring Vic Stone, who's there to visit his dad after his big Metropolis v Gotham game), and he heads for Lois Lane at the Daily Planet to make Superman suffer.
-Superman tries his best to save the people in the burning Daily Planet, unable to stop the villain by fighting it because of its kryptonite core.
-Metallo threatens Lois at the top of the building, Dent-style, but is shut down remotely by Batman at the STAR LABS mainframe (after battling through an army of corrupted bat-drones with the help of a mysterious warrior) and Metallo's body falls off the building. Superman tries to catch Corben but the landing is unsuccessful and they're trapped deep beneath the rubble, the kryptonite rapidly draining the life out of Superman.
-Batman eventually arrives and uses cables from the Bat-plane to pull Superman, Lois (who's frantically trying to dig him out of the rubble), and Metallo's body into the plane.
-After Superman wakes up and they have a small talk about each other, the kryptonite, the JLA, etc, Corben's body briefly reanimates with green eyes and the same strange voice that took over the Bat-drones. Its head turns to Clark, then the missing kryptonite core, and then it remarks on how his primary efforts have failed to due to the unforeseen variable, turning its head to WW. It says that its plan will be modified and that collection is imminent

Metallo, easily. Doomsday serves no purpose, in my opinion, outside of killing Superman and it's far too early for that.

Speaking of villains, though, if this is for a "second" villain, who is the "first"?

It's too early for such a big threat that is Doomsday and Metallo is a perfect opponent for both Batman and Superman, one of the rare ones that is equally dangerous to both of them and that both Batman and Superman can attack relentlessly and with full usage of explosive gadgets and powers.

I vote Metallo. A Metallo or Parasite would works better as a secondary villain in this than Doomsday would.

Doomsday. Metallo is a snoozefest. Doomsday is not much of a character either but he can be used by Lex to take down Superman, which then Batman (and maybe Wonder Woman) could make the save in the 3rd act.

What exactly is Batman gonna do to Doomsday? Or WW for that matter, I think Metallo is a much better choice, I can actually see how each hero could play a part in bringing him down, not mention he's an actual character and not a hulking plot device who'd be showing up to early.
