BvS Metallo and Lex Luthor in Batman vs. Superman

Don't worry. If El Mayimbe is wrong, he'll still find a way to explain to you how he was actually right.

And then gloat about it.

How seriously should I take this dude? Is he right most of the time. I seem to get conflicting reports on this guy?

shauner111 seems to be his biggest fan, or him. i'm still not sure :) . he gets stuff right sometimes, but they are also things that others have already scooped. idk. he was dead wrong about stuff too. so it's just hit or miss at this point.

Think they'd ever go the Batman looking for his parents killer route with John Corben a la the first arc of Batman/Superman comics?

Thanks so he takes a scatter gun approach hoping one sticks. Gotccha!

Would certainly be an interesting way for Superman and Batman to meet.

He has been right about some things but what annoys me is that he acts like he's right even when he's proven wrong. He swore up and down that Wonder Woman wasn't going to be in this movie and then when Gadot was revealed as WW, he gloated that HE was the one who had been saying she was the frontrunner. Yeah, he'd been saying she was the frontrunner for ANOTHER character.

ugh. john corben killed the waynes?!

No Batman just had a theory that he did, from what I remember.

I don't think it was substantiated, but it's been a while since I've read it.

Yeah, Wayne was investigating Corben for the murder in Public Enemies but found out in the next story that he didn't do it.

Ah, there we go.

See that'd be a neat way to get them to meet.

No Lex Luthor planted the information for Batman to find. Even though he doesn't know Bruce is Batman, he wanted Batman to be distracted trying to solve Gotham's most famous cold case.

I think instead of being Lex's right hand man it would be cool if they showed Metallo being created by Lex's scientist or even him.

It's Lex and Metallo. Let's be honest, it should be. Using Doomsday is so ****ing stupid if they do. Lex and Metallo makes sense.

I'm still waiting on my planet Hulk move......

:hehe:

Oh, well, see, they were TOTALLY planning to do that but once Mayimbe blew the whistle on it, they decided to shelf those plans for a few years just to spite him.

He reports rumors so I treat information from him as I do most rumors, with a grain of salt.

And since they are rumors and things are constantly changing, he could be "wrong" in the end but that doesn't mean he was "right" when he reported it.

I think he knows this and just reports anything he can get his hands on without proper vetting in order to get hits and, more despicably, followers. The latter is why I have a distaste for him; it's his practices.

we should write a strongly worded letter to Mr Goyer and Mr Snyder.:o

A radioactive material among the Kryptonian ship wreckage left over from Zod’s attack in the first film. One that both Lex Luthor and Bruce Wayne theorize can be harmful or even deadly to Superman.

Perhaps they could use Kryptonite as the power source of the Black Zero and what took away Clark's powers?

If they do use Kryptonite, I would like them to show it being dangerous to humans too.

I like the idea of Metallo being used as a Luthor creation to do his dirty work for him.
