Well, maybe some day (when you grow up) - you can make a more realistic comic book movie. Or, maybe you'll spend your life typing ignorant posts on a board for a movie you've already decided you're not going to like. I'm betting on the latter...

Let him have his opinion about the good looking clothesline scene.. and I mean he's clearly an expert in the field of cgi and special effects.

Anyways the truth is it looks exactly the same as most of the stuff in Spiderman... besides the sandman scene where he first started forming together but I like of the 300 million budget they spent 175 on that one scene. It clearly wasn't spent on writing the script.

On Dr. Doom though... they probably are enhancing his loot with cgi but to me it still wouldn't matter... Doom wore animal pelts in Planet Doom was still was the same character and I think his looks are waaay to important to people. If he's the character that brings fear to the World and the F4 then he could be wearing a green power ranger costume.

They spent more on the SM3 script than FOX does on any of there's (including this movie). You think Don Payne got paid as much a Sargeant did? I doubt it. Highly doubt. I will almost guarantee that.

Now for Dr. Doom, the clothesline thing I have not seen in action (just the things posted here), so I have to see it in action to make a decision about it.

I am more concerned about his characterization than a brief shot or the outfit. If he is more like the comic Doom, then all these things will be unimportant, much like I can look past the GG costume in Spider-Man because the GG was done very well otherwise.

yeah, all comic movies, and all sci-fi type movies are to some extent. There are awards for effects too, so its got to count for something.

It was a playoff of the raindrops scene meant to show a change in Peter's everyday dealings. It was supposed to be funny, and it was. Really don't see the big deal with it. Crying and dancing for some reason make people uncomfortable, and this movie had both. Guess thats why it isn't appreciated.

Back to Doom, I am used to the look in the picture, and like I said his character is more important to me. Also, a well represented Doom will make me not care about the look.

OH......MY....GOD.....that is beautiful....tell me that is the newest figure for the movie and that...I could cry...its perfect....its so cool....and now we have that image...its just too nice.

One of the newest clips from today that shows Susan saying to Victor the whole spiel about using her powers to expand a persons body until they burst...I LOVED Victor's reaction..."Give it your best shot!"....NICE!

I know Will...who could possibly complain about that? It is very faithful to the original but adding its own style at the same time...its beautiful and I can't wait to see it in action....

Em that figure is a toy, we've seen the final version of the suit in the 2 movie screencaps and it looks different to that and awful! Bronze cape and skirt, rubber arms. Ugh! I agree the toy there looks much better but I wouldn't get my hopes up for that look in the movie.
