so i guess the blue parts are for oozaru. maybe it glows in the dark?

It still looks amphibian / lizard to me.

EDIT maybe you bolt on the Oozaru bits onto the existing Chatwin toy.

That looks like Saiyan armour but what's in it that worries me.

If it's just your average cannon fodder Feiza henchman then how does that fit in with DBE? Is there a flashback or something?

If that is a Saiyan then it doesn't look like a typical Saiyan to me. It looks suspiciously like something we've seen already...especially the arm bands!

And that blue Saiyan isn't wearing any boots. But the feet look human.

It cant be a Saiyan. Must something else wearing Saiyan armour.

It is just a toy so sizes don't mean nothing.

True, but they wouldn't make a build-a-figure unless it was a faily large character to begin with. Even with the Marvel characters, they were never totally to scale though you can tell they were pretty huge. I would have rather built a monster baboon than a translucent guy in an armored skirt but no real complaints here.
