I'm just glad that decent looking cartoons haven't died out yet. Airbender looks exceptionally well and got some nice stories. And then there's the upcoming Wolverine and the X-Men cartoon.

Dont get me wrong, I am talking about the quality, i mean the best quality i have seen in american cartoon or animation are disney movies and Justice League, but the style is totally diferent than for DB, I have no problem if americans can do it as good, but mostly my coment than Japanese should do it is because i only want to see a good quality DB, and not a Goku with the style of speed racer or X men or Justice league( wide chest, slim legs)

You see, Teen Titans is faux-anime, SSM is not.

SSM is ok. But for my taste still too simple and kiddyfied. I really hope the art matures a bit as it continues. Otherwise it's a great cartoon.

It's just my opinion, I was never a big fan of the animation style that was used for X-men Evolution, I always thought the one made by Fox (how ironic) had a better look to it. To me, it seems like alot of the newer cartoons nowadays are shooting for a simplistic look, which in my opinion doesnt do alot of justice.

For example, not sure if any of you guys remember, but there use to be a fighting game by Capcom called Darkstalkers, well anyways the US released a cartoon that had absolutely nothing to do with the game, while the japanese anime followed the game more closely and added more of a backstory to the already existing one. I'm really hoping that the DB movie will be good, but another cartoon wouldnt be a good idea. But who knows.......

i'd like the japanese to take shot at the american dragon ball, and make it into an animated movie.

sorry if that makes no sense. but i think dragon ball when animated should definitely fall into the hands of the japanese. i think if they did like little movies that kinda relate to the american movie, that would be cool.
