Very close. This is the second match I wish we could give tie votes. Once I got through the writing, AS's writeup actually impressed me. And 'Wing's was good too. Good to see a tough battle in the threads.

Nwing... it was alright... if you ignore the 4, 5 times that he got thier powers or natural ability wrong...

so. against people i'm.... 0-1-2... bs. i'm very discusted with these themes... seriously(just thought i'd remind ya.

Okay, here we go:
- Too bad you didn't stick to the themeweek. Would've been interesting with your team.
- You know me, I hate the Mountjoy trick, and it's still a very weak strategy in my opinion.
- Didn't really sound like Captain Britian, but the strategy was sound (although it could've been done with Blink instead of Mountjoy).
- Strange is isn't an idiot. The moment only three people of the opposing team enter the battlefield, he'd know something he's happened to the other two.
- Dr. Strange doesn't have a shield set up? Please. Mountjoy couldn't pull of half the stuff he tried. Very lame death. Strange was pretty much ineffective, even though he could've done tons of stuff to take out Mountjoy, more than the other way around at least.
- The Protex fight was good. Always thought Morrison went a little over the top with Batman there.
- The phasing thing could've been done better. It's not exactly clear how Doom is supposed to discern which frequency MM is phasing at. He could also fight the transmutation since he has complete control over his own body.
- Nice little strategy with the armor and Excalibur, but Doom wouldn't actually be able to weild the sword, I think.
- Of course, Strange is taken out as a punk again, but it was a little more considerate to what he's capable of.

Beyond that, you know I really really hate the Mountjoy-strategy you're so intent on.

chill AS.does it really matter?it was a draw...you should have lost purely on not doing the theme week.so be grateful he voted more in sway of your wirte up than mine......i could complain to high heaven about you not doing what the week was set out to.....

just chill.i wouldve had more fun writing mine if you didnt have stupid characters.i mean what can dream girl do other than pre-empt and then get her ass kicked?and mountjoy god hes annoying..a very pointless character.....

How just mountjoy a weak trick?... you must be dilerious. Who would win? MJ, Blink and DB bs. MJ with teleporting and precognitive powers....?.... MJ has her power, experience and his basilisk field and cross bow. I choose to use the crossbow since its apart of his character. I could've easily used blink exp. to have MJ throw the spears by hand.

Precog - MJ already knows what Dr. Strange is about to do
Teleporter - Before anything could touch MJ, he can teleport himself away and to the inside of Stanges' Shield...

From what I've read of Mages. thier week point is that thier shields are bubbles... other people can fit in(2, 3(unless they.. blah)). MJ did just that(where he could've easily just teleported into Strange, Jumping into him(that where Strange would only be an after thought and MJ would be in control(not absorb, JUmp(where only MJs face shows and he is dominant)))

MM live and phases through the same diminsion that Doom does( The Thried Deminision ). See how Doom is using his board(which is indestrucable) to do all the dirty work? All Doom has to do is communicate with the board to phase at many different levels, thus finding and disrupting MM...

Doom is frikin Silver Surfer... the top out... Who do you think has better control over matter?

I doesn't matter... Even if Dr. Stranges' Shield would've held up against Doom, MJ using his Absorbing and teleporting skills could've literally just tele-absorbed him(teleporting into him). Strange couldn't do any, he can speak or move his hands.. Strange is an after thought

I know this, and it's a powerful strategy in-game, but totally weak when looked at it from the outside. It's just so darn tooting cheap. It's a cheap strategy you can't resist but use again and again and again. It's weak.

1. I did not. i didn't pick up mount joy till sometime in the 2nd season. And yes. i used him multiple time before that.... that like saying that you have SS because he uses the PC too much

Me using MJ, doing his absorbing thing(every match hes in), and you saying you thing its a cheap win. is like you using SS multiple times and me constantly commenting on how using SS's PC is a cheat shot.

Not really. They are comparable in so far that the power cosmic is the Surfer's powers, and absorption is Mountjoy's, but using the exact same strategy in each and every match he's in is cheap. I'm not even saying it's a cheap win. It's a cheap strategy, that is sorely overused.

Uhm, no. The strategy is as follows: Mountjoy absorbs the two other regulars. The characters are variables, but it doesn't change the equation.
