The Dark Knight DVD digital copy problem.

Thanks Cash, it must be in the envelope behind the Mask Case then, because I actually ripped one package apart to check out the quality of the case and only saw two Bluray discs. So, I was like, how I am going to get this on my computer?!?

:woot: I got a reply from WB Support tonight and they're going to reset my Authorization code, so hopefully I'll finally get my full money's worth

I know this isnt the thread question, but I thought this to be the most appropriate place to ask, i'm in the UK, and I have 2 copies of the movie so far and both have been, at least what i think, faulty, the first one wouldnt even start, I got it to play with great difficulty, but it skipped back and forth all the way through and 2nd it wouldnt play at all. So I got another copy, and it played, but it skipped all the way through, and even towards the end skipped right back to the beginning. Anyone else in the UK having any similar problems, as its pissing me right off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

for those having trouble with the digital copy... did you try logging into your itunes account first? it wont let you redeem and download unless you do so...

also. you should remember to select the movie in itunes once it is finished downloading so that way the digital copy becomes authorized for the computer...

OK, I got it on my ipod, but can only hear it, can't see it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok seriously this is getting me frustrated. Alllll I'm getting anytime I try to transfer the Digital Copy is "Cannot acquire license for requested files. Please try again later. "

Anyone else having a similar problem and got through later or what?

The same thing happend for me with the digital copy of The Incredible Hulk. I got it through after dozens of tries, but it was frustrating as hell. :down

i have a question about the quality of the digital copy, (DVD) i know its in awesome clearity but im wondering is your guys widescreen? or dose it automatically fit to your ipod (touch) screen without zooming and taking a way the picture or? or is it widescreen and you have te option to zoom in or not. i hope i make sense lol

I love having the DC on my ipod, Ive been watching TDK at work on and off for a week now.

This is annoying me. I got a new Ipod for christmas and I went to put Dark Knight, Forgetting Sarah Marshall and I. Hulk on it and it will not let me. They all are digital copies but it says wont work with my ipod even though my pod is a new 16GB nano...grrrr

I got TDK for my ipod free I just downloaded it and I had it came out on DVD :P but the digital copy sucks well that's what people has told me.

On the regular Ipod you can adjust the picture size to fit the screen, so I'm assuming you can do that on the touch one too. just look in the settings.

I keep trying to get the digital copy since I got an iPod on Christmas, but every time I put it in the DVD-ROM drive nothing happens, so I go to My Computer, I click everything, nothing happens, it says there aren't any disks anywhere. I even tried putting it in the CD drive. Help?

Same here actually, and I got a reply from WB Support and they 'reset' the code. Still doesn't go through with me :csad:

By the way, if any of you are having trouble with TDK PC Digital Copy, it downloads onto the computer in .wmv format and for some reason I couldn't play it. So i changed the codec from .wmv to .wma (for some strange reason) and it works just fine now on my PC. Just my 2 cents worth, and sorry if someone has already brought it up.
