I dont know about the rest of you but I have a problem. I was lucky enough to get a ticket, however I could not print it out and lost the screen without taking a screenshot, stupid me I know. I was hoping they would email me a copy but alas none came. I cant find the temp. internet file on my computer either. Does anyone out there know how to get a copy of my ticket, please help me time is running out :csad:

When you checked you temp. internet files, do you mean you looked through your history too?

Someone explained a good way to find it with your temp internet files but I forgot what it was. Someone should be able to explain it. But it should be in there if you haven't cleared your files

when I go through my history, the only page that comes up is the one with all the showings that say sold out.

I tried to reply to you here but I guess it was missed, sorry.

Here's what to do:
I have found my ticket on my temp internet files and printed a nice color copy of it to keep with all my swag, just in case they take the printed copy at the theater.

It varies a little from PC to PC, but the file path should be similar to C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files. The username part might be All Users, or your individual computer login if you have more than one profile setup. In that folder you can either sort by the "Internet Address" column (in which case look for http:// whysoserious.com/ kickingandscreening/ images/ tickets)* or sort by the "Last Modified" column (in which case you'd be looking for 7/10/2008 sometime between 10:30pm and 11:30pm).

The actual file name is the same as your unique ticket number, a string of numbers and letters, but the file is a .jpg file. You don't want the spillyourguts.aspx file, it will do you no good for this purpose.

Also as a note, if you decide to sort by internet address the address doesn't have www in front of it, but many others of course do so be slow when scrolling through the W's otherwise the "why" will fly right by you.

*I had to put the spaces into that path string so the board wouldn't automatically try to link it as a URL. What you're looking for of course will have no spaces and be just a continuous string.

History won't help because you'll either get the current page, which says sold out, or the aspx file that generated your ticket in the first place.

The aspx file won't work anymore. You need to find the jpg of your ticket in your temp internet files.

I did see your post, I pm'd you, I cant seem to find it still

I'm trying to help out fishtank find the ticket, but we're running into issues due to the different versions of IE out there and hence different temp internet files directory structures.

Trying a different approach. Do a file search for herewego2.jpg and see what folder it lists that in. If that image is cached it should be in the same place as the .jpg of his ticket is.

The only advise i would give is use firefox, not IE.. learn Print screen, and email copies to yourself for back-up. Since its only a day or two left, i dont know how good your chances of getting replacement tickets.
