E3 Champion 2006

Do I really have to say? It's painfully obvious who won this years E3.

1- Nintendo: The hour long wait (for the whole show) to get into the Nintendo booth explains it all really. The press confrence was huge and made the biggest impact. They also have the best 'Shock Announcements' during E3.

2- Microsoft: Good second showing for X360. Good confrence and the announcement of the expansion of Live is great news. Some really good games shown and a long list of games coming.


3- Sony: Below average confrence, it makes it worse that it was the first real showing of PS3. Not many games announced and the lineup lacks any killer app for the launch window. Price and packaging sucks too.


I honestly never thought I would see the day that Nintendo would claw its way back on top. This 'console war' is going to be fun.
