Honestly, all the fault goes to the top. Vince and the creative team as a whole (the fault also goes to Stephanie as well). There are so many people being wasted and it isn't because the roster is bloated. A brand extension isn't necessary. Better writing is necessary. Reintroduce titles and actually make them have prestige. That within itself gives so many wrestlers something to do. Ambrose has been the US Champion for 9 months. All it has done was give Ambrose distinction among the rest of the upper-mid card when he is announced.

And maybe I'm just looking in the past with rose-tinted glasses but I remember when there were great feuds between mid-card wrestlers without a title involved. One thing I congratulate Haitch for is the tag team division not being in the background. I like the exposure that the Usos and the Rhodes Brothers get as well as Reigns/Rollins when they were champions. Let's see more of it. Let's get multiple tag team matches. Let's pair up aimless singles wrestlers as successful tag teams. Let's just be creative in general.

WWE doesn't need a brand extension. They need better writing in creative and they need management to make it a priority.[/end Smark rant]

You'd think WWE would try their best to build up enough talents that can sell merchandise and draw well instead of just shoving a handful of guys down their audience's throat ad nauseum.

imagine Bryan as the IC champ right now, with the Yes train behind him, arguing that he's not just IC champ material, he's Heavyweight champ material. so you'd have IC champ Bryan challenging HC champ Orton or whoever.

For the divas division, they might as well do an NXT diva overhaul for the main roster. Bayley, Paige, and Emma need to be called up PRONTO. Also break Summer Rae away from Fandango as build her up as a credible threat.

Let the Bellas, Eva Marie and Funkadactyls just be Ambassadors for the divas by promoting them with Total Divas and without forcing them on us during Raw and Smackdown...until they can find themselves as characters.

A Light Heavyweight title would really only make sense if they had a robust, viable cruiserweight/smaller guy division.

and it would only work if they used that to give the smaller guys a chance to shine ( and again prove themselves ) instead of just treating them as an afterthought division who have no real shot at the Heavyweight title.

that's one thing I do/did appreciate about TNA. with the X division, it seemed they at least gave their smaller guys a chance and they had upward mobility to go after the heavyweight title, too.

I loved him when I was a kid. One of the most underrated wrestlers in WCW. I think I remember reading an interview where Goldberg said he was legitimately the toughest dude on the roster and his favorite coworker. I'm pretty sure I read that somewhere.

Exactly. A few years ago, people like Evan Bourne or Yoshi Tatsu could have flourished with something like the X-Division. Kofi Kingston, instead of being in limbo, could have also benefited. Sometimes, I want to see high flyers actually be involved in storylines and not just be resorted to being spot monkeys or be on the C-show that nobody ever watches.

They have enough guys, Woods, Kingston, Epico, Primo, Neville, Zayn (as a start for him), Hunico, Slater, Mysterio, Yoshi Tatsu, Justin Gabriel, and Tyson Kidd. They'd just have to treat it with respect.

WWE should look at it this way, There is an OBVIOUS disconnect between people watching Raw and people watching Total Divas. If they just Let the Bellas and Eva Marie etc handle Public Relations for the divas by attending promo events and getting deals to appear in Maxim etc, they'd still be able to get what THEY WANT and give us what WE WANT by not shoving them down Raw and Smackdown viewers' throats...until they can get repackaged with actual gimmicks and distinguishable personalities.

Putting Total Divas stuff on Raw is honestly about as dumb as airing segments of Talking Dead during Walking Dead.

Yeah, I hear you on that. I don't understand the rationale. The demographics are so different and like you said, it's so obvious. How does someone like Vince McMahon run a multi-million dollar company and not be able to grasp that?

Oh yeah, Goldberg would be a given. I forgot all about Luger. And I'd like to see Freakzilla and the Dog Faced Gremlin get in as well. They were one of the best tag teams of all-time.
