the amount of backstage politics lately and the main event/marquee matches just freely handed out to part timers for a nostalgic pop over young and talented guys that bust their ****ing asses week in and week out, ugh it really pisses me the **** off

Mike Johnson said Punk is sick of part timers taking the spotlight. Punk wanted to main event WrestleMania before his contract expired, because he wants to retire soon. He's also not fond of WWE's general direction.

Punk is right really. I mean look at Batista. Comes back and automatically wins the Rumble and gets to main event WrestleMania, even though the fans crapped on the Rumble.

A lot of this goes back to the Pipe Bomb promo and the things he said.

Just saying, we could've had one of the greatest moments ever with Daniel Bryan overcoming the odds after losing to Bray Wyatt, infiltrating the Rumble and getting the victory. I mean the storyline writes itself.

I mean what else is the long goal for Daniel Bryan? They keep teasing us and teasing us, but it's a lot like the girl who keeps holding the football for Charlie Brown to punt and then she just takes it away at the last second.

He's going to go to WrestleMania and wrestle Sheamus? That's supposed to excite us how?

Meanwhile, Randy Orton has been in total decline as the heel champion. It's some of the most boring, dull uninspired work of his career. The Authority get to constantly rail down on the roster and no one ever really checks them.

I just don't get Jim Ross' whole wait and see approach. I mean we've waited and we aren't seeing it.

With all that in mind, I can see why CM Punk is fed up with it. He got his run at the top and thought things would change. It didn't really happen. I always got the sense Punk was secure at this point and he would be OK if he had to quit.
