Man, Daedric armor looks so awesomesauce. <3

PS. Whats the best way to level enchanting? So far i'm just using Petty Soul gems on random items, but any superior ways?

Nope, both Smithing and Enchanting level just by doing it, what you make doesn't effect how much experience you get.

I just made Iron Daggers to level my Smithing, then enchanted them all to level my Enchanting.

I'm tempted to start a new character when I get back home. My current character, I do everything with. I feel like breaking that up, playing a Dark Elf who uses stealth, a bow, and magic and a Nord who's a hack-and-slasher.

Holy ****. A dragon just literally wiped out the entire town of Morthal. The only survivors are those who were in doors. :(

I would re-load a previous save if you haven't done quests there.

The only quest person who died was Alva, it seems.

That's part of one of the only quests in Morthal.

I found it to be a pretty cool, mystery quest. I'd definitely recommend re-loading a save to do it.

I finally got the Nightingale armor and it looks GLORIOUS. Problem is the quest to kill Mercer Frey is proving a LOT tougher than anticipated.

Is there any way to improve the armor though? My smithing is at 80-ish and I have Void Salts in my inventory but for some reason when I try to improve on it, I keep getting a "Not the right materials" prompt.

His name is Frey?!
All Frey's must die, because of what they did to the Starks at the Red Wedding.:cmad:
Now I kinda want to join the Dark Brotherhood just to kill the b******.

Did you unlock the perk to improve enchanted items?

It's in a book that's been out for years. Not my fault people have ADHD and can't read a few thousand pages.
And I didn't say what they did to them, just something happens.

I did, and its worked so far on most of my other weapons like Dawnbreaker and Mehrune's Razor. I can smith up to Exquisite level now.

Maybe its a bug. I'll try again later.

But since we're on the subject, what's the max level a special weapon can be smithed up to?

It may have been out for years, but it's not something everyone knows about like Vader being Luke's father. Plus with the show, people who never read them are reading them now. I know there are people in this thread who have started reading the series, be considerate of them.

Who is Frey and what did they do to the Starks at the Red wedding?

I'm finishing up the main quest tommorow. I figured I'd level up to level 33 before I finsihed it up.

A book that's been out for years yes. A book that JUST had a major tv series dedicated to the first in it's series that got people reading the books for the first time? Also yes. Like say me? Thanks.

I keep telling myself I'm going to finish Game of Thrones. Right I finish House of Leaves and 1Q84. (Both of which are also long-ass books that I'll probably never finish. :o)

came in for elder scrolls walked out with game of throne spoilers.

Yeah, some people might have just started reading the books after the series. Some people might in fact even be up a to one of the books very close to what you just mentioned.

Some people like me.

:(

I didn't even know what you guys were talking about at first. I thought he meant one of the books in Skyrim.

Alrighty then, more spoiler then
Jon Snow gets eaten by his Direwolf.
Tommen Lannister kills his mother.
Daenerys takes over Westeros, but not before losing all the dragons.

Jesus, get over it. I didn't even say which Starks and I didn't spoil some of the other deaths. It's A Song of Ice and Fire, it should be expected that EVERYONE will die at some point in the story.
