Dude helps bullying trans people, bans people for tweeting cis, he worships literal dictators etc.
What could him possible think he would be part of the groups that tear down the evil empires?

He right now has the money to help actual real life resistance and refuses to do so.
Instead he retweets and agrees with literal nazis.

Like, there has to be enough Proof that Twitter as company is helping spread false claims and so on about people.
Or at the very least there is enough proof that Musk does spread it willingly and all.

Im not a legal expert, but the kind of stuff i see on Twitter feels like it warrants a lot of Lawsuit.
The downright hurtfull lies amplified by Twitter that is targeted at specific people, there must be a lot proof there for tons of lawsuits i would assume.

I don't know how it works with suing Twitter but I think if Musk says anything actionable (not that I have any idea where the line is for that) a case can be brought. Others like Katie Hopkins have been successfully sued. No idea which jurisdiction it would all apply in too so that complicates it. Didn't Musk have to pay out to that diver he insulted (falsely calling him a "pedo guy")? Also that Alex Jones was on the hook for a fortune too (don't know if that was podcast comments or written material, or whether he paid any of it).

Unfortunately the diver lost the lawsuit. Diver’s lawyer? Pro-Trump lawyer Lin Wood. Not a good call or verdict.

Tesla investors need to do something as his mind is obviously not fully on the job there, and his move deeper into the combative extremist stuff not only affects Tesla's reputation, it puts off many potential buyers who are more likely to be concerned about the environment and on the left.

Oh damn, Hope he didn’t lose too much on costs. If the lawyer didn’t represent their client properly they should be investigated - I’d hope that having preferences wouldn’t affect how they represent their client. I guess this has probably made Musk think he’s even more untouchable, knowing that the people suing usually will have to take big risks to sue while even losing is not a big deal for him.
