Emma Watson joins Tom Hanks in James Ponsoldt’s “The Circle”

So I finally watched this and it was blah. I liked how they captured the atmosphere of Apple and other big tech companies, but I honestly felt the film was running for too long and didn't know what to do until the rather abrupt ending. The acting was also very bad. Hanks, Oswalt, and Gillan were the best things out of this. Boyega and Watson were just kind of there. And Boyhood guy was just bad.

I take the audience reception more seriously than critics.

I only saw this because my friend was an extra in it (he appeared a few times in it even) but besides that and Bill Paxton who was excellent, Tom Hanks in his dad clothes muttering, "We are so ****ed" I couldn't care less about this movie.

It's a shame because I loved End of Tour.
