Enemy of the State II and Sturm und Drang

This would probably be like putting the cart before the horse, but I have enough trust in Marvel to nail the first film that I can reasonably look ahead to the sequels. At which case these two stories stand a decent chance of getting adapted, given the studio's current crossover model. How would you go about adapting these stories to the big screen?

Sturm Und Drang would be a good sequel. Could be a good way to also introduce Namor in to the mix. Perhaps one of the most complex Black Panther stories ever made

But does Marvel have the rights to Namor? If they do then yeah could Namor be introduced into the MCU? He could but isn't he more associated with The Fantastic Four?
