Entourage

season 5 should involve the making of 'Viking Quest: The Movie" :)

Haha, that'd be great. It would be nice to see some more of Johnny as the grounded, stable brother with Vince mooching off him for a while. They kind of did something with it early this season, with everyone crashing at Johnny's condo, but it wasn't really focused on.

Turtle on the other hand really has no options at all. He is making a career of being a mooch. I suppose he could mooch of Drama, but who would want to put up with that? :cwink:

Drastic times call for drastic measures. ;)

I was disappointed that they seemed to pretty much drop that whole Turtle/Music Mogul storyline. Sure the Saigon deal didnt really turn out the way he wanted it to, but it still it showed that he a good ear for artists/music. I'd like to see him take another shot at it. And then maybe down the road leading to Turtle starting his own company. A lot of potential for that storyline, if done right.

They've shown that Turtle is resourceful and certainly capable of being good at things. He just always winds up being too lazy to really follow through on any of it.

Actually, the more I think about Matt's comment about the show not being worthy of the title "Entourage" if all the characters go off and do their own thing, the I think that that would make a killer story for the final season. Let Vince finally buckle down and become a serious actor, freeing E to get and hold onto other clients with his own management agency, let Turtle finally focus on something and do well, and let Johnny get married to his French fan and settle into a nice, stable TV career. They all get happy endings and stay in contact, but they're not all reliant on Vince for everything anymore.

Turtle really will never be successful until Vince finally puts his foot down and throws him out onto the street. Turtle has no motivation to be anything more than a lazy stoner because he does not have to be. Would you really be trying to work if you had a best friend who took care of your every need and desire and all you had to do is drive him around?

Turtle isn't going anywhere. But I do expect the series finale will be E moving out and seriously going into buisness for himself (maybe working with Ari, which would be hilarious) and representing Vincent Chase.

Vince was a little too carefree about his movie bombing and thus meaning his career about to nose dive (we all know that Silo is going to evaporate after Cannes), so now he needs to come back. But will happen when they al lcan't just live under Vinnie's roof now.

or, in a sick twist of fate, lil brother vinnie is cast to update the feel of an old tv series. was vikings quest an 80s tv show in the entourage universe? maybe with the current fad or reviving old 80s tv as movies they would do the same with vikings quest. :o

Heh, that would be funny as hell. I could only imagine Drama's reaction. But I don't think Vince would take the role (then again, Vince might not have many choices after the bomb that was Medellin)

It'd be funny if Fince took Drama's role in the movie and it is a hit with critics saying "No one else could play this character!"

Oh the irony.

^^^ I think Drama would drive back to the desert, only this time, throw himself off one of the cliffs!!lol

The best would be if it's a big-budget movie update of Viking Quest. Johnny always wants movies but always winds up getting TV. :)

I can only imagine Vince screaming "VICTOOOOORY!" but at the same time I could never see VInce hurting Johnny like that.

I think Johnny would ultimately support Vince and maybe even push him into doing it. That could be the finale of Johnny's character arc, with him finally finding some self-worth and not feeling inadequate because of Vince's success.

Oh, I'm sure at some point he will over come his inferiority complex, but I still don't think he would want Vince doing a far more successful version of Viking Quest. That would be a kick in the balls to the world's most confident man. As for Vince, I couldn't see him wanting to do it either...then again, his options will be fairly limited after MEdellin, so who knows what he might have to do.

Considering how dangerously HBO is falling off, they just might be desperate enough to do it

Yeah, I bet they wish they'd let Carnivale and Deadwood have another season or two to find an audience.

Ha...bringing this back.

I still want to see what Harvey does with Medellin. E said there was gold in there, I wouldn't be surprised if we see that movie turn.

As long as Mandy Moore doesn't show up.

I want a new season now :(
