Entourage

Well here's what i predict, the last 6 eps will focus on Vince getting his act together. By the end, he'll be himself again but his career won't be. Then this will lead into the Entourage movie where Vince will get his career back on track one last time. At least thats what i think.

See, I think this would be okay to do but I HATE shows that end only to have a movie wrap it up. I want the Entourage to have an amazing series finale that gives us, the viewers, closure that their story has been told. If there is a movie, then I'm sure it will be great but don't let the final season's conclusion rest solely on the chance of getting a movie.

I agree

i think if they do it well, they can pull it off as two different endings.

if you want the show to end with TV, then it would be a sad ending done creatively with proper closure (like empire strikes back or revenge of the sith). but if want good things to happen, then think of the movie as a sequel, not necessarily a direct continuation (like return of jedi which is a hybrid). I hate cliffhangers to end a show so i understand your argument, but if done well could work.

but i agree, i prefer they put all their money and effort into the show, and then worry about a movie instead of keeping the movie in mind.

This. My roommate keeps saying how Vince is definitely going to jail and what not. Nah, no way. With only six episodes left, they won't have time to do a jail storyline. I'm thinking the next season will start with Vince finishing rehab or will have just left it. Something in that general direction.

I'm really hoping that all the loose ends we have are tied up by no later than the second episode of the season, if not the first.

it's not jail like OZ. it will be jail like paris hilton or lindsay lohan. the jail doesn't even have to last the whole episode even if its 2 weeks in their time. they could even open the next episode with the group bailing him out of jail.

i actually hope the loose ends dont come together that soon just because entourage has always been notorious for doing that. it would be nice to be accountable for your actions.

did HBO cut back on the TnA in general? I mean True Blood was pretty tame for ******* this year, as was entourage. Is the lack of sexiness, and boobs a result of the show itself, and its makers, or is it a policy handed down by HBO?

they showed a full frontal of sasha, i'm not sure how much they "cut back"

just didn't seem like there was very much of it, less than usual atleast. (and does sasha even count? I mean really?)

hold up, was that episode where the popo is holding the cocaine, was that the season finale???

how come this season is only 10 episodes when all the other episodes were 12 episodes????

The season finale ended...oddly.

I mean, it was a great episode. But it didn't end like a season finale...it kinda ended like another episode. Something to bookmark it might have hit me better. I dunno, maybe Vince being put in handcuffs and doing the perp walk out of the hospital with cameras blasting and then an establishing shot of the scene or something.

Ari's wife effectively telling him she wants to bang other people was something, though.

I like the idea of VInce leaving in handcuffs and people snapping pictures

Has anybody seen Adrian Granier's documentary Teenage Papparazzo?? I just watched it last night and was very impressed, its really good.Gives me alot more respect for Grenier as well

Wahlberg says Entourage movie first in trilogy

I like this show. It fell hard last 2 seasons, but I still love the characters. But 3 films seems like much especially when Vince, Turtle, Eric will be in their 40s

Honestly, an Entourage movie already seems like a little much.

I just re-watched the whole series and for all my hate on s6 and s7, the only thing that really was bad was Ashley in s6 and Turtle's LimHoe GF and the loopholes of who ****ed Ari over with those tapes in s7...

Yeah, it was Amanda's assistant. How does that make a loophole?

And Ashley was hot. That right there makes it not bad.

Because it ****ed over Ari, it should have been Amanda herself. Her "conscious" winning over and it ending up being her assistant was a stupid cop-out to drag Ari down in front of his wife...

With all do respect - Ari deserved it. His personality is outrageous. And this mouth...
Ari deserved it, but i'll agree about one thing - It should have been Amanda herself and not her Assistant.

I dont know how i feel about a trilogy. I mean...thats a bit much no? I'm completely fine with having one big movie to wrap things up but 3?? Seriously? What are they possibly gona be about?

LOS ANGELES, Calif. --
Move over Johnny Drama, another Johnny is coming to town on “Entourage.”

Johnny Galecki of “The Big Bang Theory” is headed to HBO to play himself in the final season of “Entourage,” a rep for the actor confirmed to Access Hollywood.

The actor will play a “tougher” version of himself, the rep noted.

Eric, played by Kevin Connolly, and Scott Lavin, played by the Golden Globe nominated Scott Caan (for his work on “Hawaii 5-0”) will sign Johnny as a client.

It appears though, that the actor will be creating a “Big Bang” for Eric, taking an interest in his girlfriend, Sloan (Emanuelle Chiriqui).

As previously reported by AccessHollywood.com, executives for the network confirmed back in August that “Entourage” would end in 2011, however a feature film may follow the final season.
