I feel like this show is taking too many liberties with Mr. Freeze's origin.

Much like the references to the Battle of New York in MCU shows, I really appreciate the world building and seeing the immediate impact of Riddler's attack on people like Victor. Not to mention how it's still having an effect on him. You can tell how much he's grappling with trying to figure out what the right thing is, and how Oz, in his own twisted way, does care for him and trying to mold him into what he sees as a better man.

Also, for a DC multiverse connection, nice to see Francois Chau here after him previously appearing in Birds of Prey.

All three episodes have been top of the line so far. It's nice not reaching the end and feeling disappointed at what feels like 1/8 of a movie. Oz, Sofia, and Victor are all really compelling to follow and each actor is doing an exceptional job.

Lawd the acting throughout this episode was superb and I'm glad Vic got his time to shine. That opening was brutal and I love how it further emphasizes the destruction of what the Riddler caused in The Batman.

It just adds so much more weight and stakes to this show while also doing some great worldbuilding for Gotham overall and honestly this is what I wish we got more of in the MCU post Endgame.

I know its been said repeatedly at this point but I swear Farrell just keeps topping himself every episode and now I don't know which scene I loved more in this episode between him and Vic in the restroom or him putting on a facade and pouring his heart out to Milioti towards the end.

Also, that ending was like something straight out of Breaking Bad and I love it lol.

It looks like Milioti is going to kill it in next week's episode too.
