I don't know whether people outside the UK will be able to access them, but they've been uploaded, and they seem to be in widescreen (though I might be wrong since I haven't bought any yet). I guess episodes 25 and 26 will be uploaded after Nick Toons airs them.

your cable/satalite might be messed up. That had happened to me with various channels for certain time periods.
