erm help please

basically for sum reason animated gifs dnt play on the web pages i visit anymore and i dnt know why, and on one site i clicked on a gif and a message came up saying " function disabled" help?!?!

You have to undisable it.

Clear your cache and cookies. The site you tried to click a .gif on may have had javascript in use that prevented people from stealing their content, so you got that message.

Hey Mr Lizard, I'm from the uk and although I can't speak for the entire nation, I will admit that I do pronounce it 'erm' but don't think I've ever had the opertunity or inclination to write it -- well apart from just a moment ago.

dont worry ( not tht u were) i fixed it, zone alarm was blking animated ads and tht was stopping the animations from playing

I wish you could elaborate further as to how this problem was fixed by itself.

If by any means I could help you, I would but I don't use zone alarm and thus never experience the same problem you had.
