As somebody who didn't read the comics I thought Falcone came across as an intimidating gangster.

The same mafia boss who has so much power over his city that he would have no hesitation shooting Bruce in the head in front of everyone in his restaurant, including two councilmen, a union official, a couple of off duty cops, and a judge.

^He wouldnt have done that it was a threat if he is so powerful why is he in custody for so long after capture by batman shouldnt he walk an hour or so after arrest? its one more thing i a long line of mistakes they made with the character he was a boob IMO no way was that Falcone just a bumbling mobster.
