I'd like to go with the original format,of the old monthly contests.I think this contest was to long and people lost intrest.

ye but its hard to get people hyped (pun totally intended) every month!

perhaps the fan art section needs a mod? (as far as i know excelsior runs it but dosnt have as much time to do so anymore)

These battle tournament styles work every once and awhile but not on a regular basis. The last time I ran it we did a two week turn around. Which may have been a little quick but it kept things going.

If someone is going to run one, do it the old way. A poll with the top three spots.
