The problem is that we don't know enough and this is the prime example of the 'quick to report' problem of today's age.

We do know that the car came from his shop, and that in was at the car show. But no one can confirm if its Paul or not.

Unfortunely, there were eye witnesses who said Paul was in the car when it crash. But yeah…this would be tragic as hell.
