The ride came apart so the flew off the thing that spins it, 6 of them were crushed to death, and the other persons head was taken off by a large sheet of metal that was meant to secure the teacup in place.

I had a similiar experience at this water park one time. I went on this HUGE water slide and you're supposed to lay a certain way, with your arms crossed or something, and then they push you off. But they pushed me off before I was in position, so I was actually in the air when I came off the slide intially. It wasn't too bad, but I actually got rub burns from hitting the plastic slide hard when I finally did hit the slide.
