Which is it?

I'm totally addicted to "Thunderhorse" from the Metalocolypse show on [adult swim] on medium. Its like the most fun song ever to play. Next would be "Sweet Child o' Mine" on hard and "Freebird" on medium. I still can't get 100% on it. :o

:heart::heart::heart:

I am a big GH fan.

My favorite GH2 songs are "Last Child," "Less Talk More Rokk," and "Trippin' on a Hole in a Paper Heart."

Yeah, the first and last ones are awesome. Not sure about the middle one, though. I don't remember it. The Kiss song and the Iggy Pop one are both fun, too.

I actually like "Monkey Wrench" a lot too. :o

Foo Fighters are awesome. I love "Strutter," and "Freebird" kicks my ass on Expert. :csad:

Everything on expert kicks my ass. :csad:

I'm still working on hard. Of course, by the time I get really awesome, I get really busy and when I finally get to play again, I suck. :csad:

My HDTV makes the game lag, so I have it down on the basement TV, with only one working speaker :o :csad:

I'm gonna get it for Xbox 360 this April, and just get rid of my PS2 and such. It's gonna have both games' songlists, along with 10 new ones.

Yeah, me too. I really hate PS2 and only bought it for a few games that were only available on it.

A press release published on January 9, 2007 confirmed that there will be 10 additional licensed songs included in the Xbox 360 version of Guitar Hero II. The songs that have been confirmed at this time include:

* "Hush" - Deep Purple
* "Dead!" - My Chemical Romance
* "Billion Dollar Babies" - Alice Cooper
* "Salvation" - Rancid
* "Possum Kingdom" - Toadies
* "Rock and Roll Hoochie Koo" - Rick Derringer
* "Life Wasted" - Pearl Jam
* "The Trooper" - Iron Maiden
* "Drink Up" - Ounce of Self
* "Kicked to the Curb" - Noble Rot

I'm not a big Guitar Hero fan. I play regular guitar and I never really got the appeal of doing it virtually. But looking at the soundtrack I'd have to say my favorite is Free Bird, but only because that's more my musical style. My favorite Skynyrd song is Tuesday's Gone though.

I meant favorite to play, not to listen to. 'Cause those are completely different things. :o

My favorite song from GH1 is "Cowboys From Hell."

I never played GH1. Actually, I never knew it existed. :huh:

Didn't you ever wonder where the "II" came from? :o

:oldrazz:

Not really. :o

I meant I never knew it existed until 2 came out.

I can play "Crazy On You" pretty damn good on Hard. Got 98% once.

You know, I'd rather play a REAL guitar.

You know, I'd rather play GUITAR HERO. Which is what this thread is about. :)

. Downloadable Content. This is a feature that fans have been crying for, a long, long time. It seems to go hand in hand with the game, and will allow Red Octane for exciting expandability options. For those wondering, I can also confirm that on launch day Marketplace will contain 12 Downloadable Tracks! Unfortunately, I don’t know what these are, but I am sure the majority will be tracks from Guitar Hero 1, but hopefully we’ll see some new tracks too.

:eek::faint::up:

They have GH2 set up in the common room in college. Pretty entertaining that the kids jumping all over the place tend to lose out to Matt [I think thats his name], who likes to lie back on one of the tables and stare at the ceiling instead of look at the screen properly.

That guy has a lot of spare time on his hands.

He's a pretty weird guy, but I like to watch him because he makes the kids look stupid. The more laid-back he is, the more wound up the kids get and the worse they do. He wins by default because with him about they start to suck.

Me and my friends used to play it a ton, after classes and stuff... what was sad is, that my buddy's little 14 year-old brother is the best out of all of us :o

I have never played, and probably never will. I prefer to watch with stuff like that. I have ever since my ten year old sister completley owned me at House of the dead.... 2? 3? I forget. Either way, since then I just don't do the game thing.
