The wonderful thing about this movie is there were so many cheers and laughs that it's warrants a second viewing just to catch what was missed. I didn't even hear what Hulk says to Loki after he tossed him around like a rag doll.

Since it hasn't been mentioned

"His first name is Agent" - Tony
"You lack conviction *BOOM* so that's what it does" Coulson.
"... yeah if you wouldn't mind, I mean it's the complete set" Coulson

The entire Cap vs Iron man on the Hellicarrier was a dream come true for me.

Loved that line. Just badass and arrogant of Tony, true to the character.

Loved Hiddlestones delivery.

Banner: You see Captain that's my secret, I'm always angry.

Thor: Loki may be beyond reason but he's my brother.
BW: He's killed 80 people in 2 days.
Thor: He's adopted.

Those are some great quotes and even just by reading them they make me laugh.

Hawkeye's line to Iron Man, something like "Thor is taking some aliens down in the 22nd street" was, in some weird way, the connective tissue that made me think "wow, this superhero team work is really happening".
It just sounded like something I could've said myself playing with the action figures 17 years ago.

Wow there were SO many really great lines, but ones that are memorable to me:

"He's adopted" probably my favorite because A. it was so unexpected and B. it was so well delivered.

"Hulk..........smash!"

Tony calling Loki .....damn I cant remember exactly, but something funny referring to his horns. What was it? ** ah, "Reindeer Games" just found it above.

Tony calling Thor "Point Break"

Tony saying "Well how about that" when Jarvis said "power at 400%".

Hulk "Puny God" even though I'm pretty sure no one heard it because they were still laughing hysterically.

Tony "Please tell me no one just kissed me".

Fury "Well tell me if Ultimate Power needs a magazine or something".

Coulson "So that's what it does".

Widow "This moron is giving me everything".

Coulson "I watched you while you were sleeping".

Fury "Yes I got the order. But because it's a stupid ass order I am choosing to ignore it".

Banner "I was in a dark place. I put a bullet in my mouth and the other guy spit it out".

Tony had so many funny quick witted comments, I seriously wonder how many were scripted and how many he came up with on the fly.

the line went totally over my head but I did recognise the game when I saw the shield agent playing it. so I knew the visual but not the name.
