Spider-Man 2 and the first PS Spidey game are the gold standard for superhero games.

Not to sound like a Batman fanboy, but the Arkham games are the gold standard for superhero games by a long way.

Anyone would say Arkham games are the gold standard for superhero games, they are possibly bigger than even inFAMOUS, which are probably very high in the game industry.

The story of ASM1 worked for what they wanted to make that game, I like it.

3.) Shattered Dimensions

I really enjoyed The Amazing Spider-Man 2 when I played it for PS3 but I also thoroughly enjoyed playing Shattered Dimensions.

However, I cannot answer that question one-hundred percent accurately as I cannot remember just how much I enjoyed the first Spider-Man movie game - the one with Tobey Maguire.

I never actually got into the Batman games but, hey, that's just me!

The old movie game is a tough cookie, the hardest of the main console games since The Amazing Spider-Man: Deadly Foes.
Pinhead bowling is my favorite feature in that game.
