Which one's your favorite?

Edit: I voted Spider-man.
My list in order would be:

1. Spider-man and Peter Parker
2. Goblin, Black-suit Spidey, and Venom
3. Love theme
4. Doc Ock and Sandman(Gentle)
5. Aunt May and Sandman(Battle)

Spider-Man's theme is amazing, so I voted that. However, Peter Parker's them is just as amazing, so if I could vote twice, I would choose Spidey's and Peter's

The background music which played during the bell tower scene in Spider-Man 3.

Voted for Spidey's theme. It's epic.

1. Peter Parker's theme/"Great Responsibility." It is the theme they pull out when he does something extremely noble and sacrificial. It is epic and unforgettable.

2. Spider-Man's theme. It is epic and good ol' Danny Elfman fun. It has slowly become iconic.

3. Peter/MJ love theme: It is the glue in the series really. It makes the love scenes in the movies much more meaningful than they otherwise would be and there is a reason that the trilogy closed on it.

4. The Green Goblin theme: Just simply epic awesomeness. It is maybe the best villain theme (after Elfman's themes he created for the Penguin and Catwoman in Batman Returns) in superhero movies. Just so sinister in the first movie. So warmly nostalgic and menacing at the end of SM2 and surprisingly badass and "awesome" when it plays with Spidey teaming up with Harry at the end of SM3.

5. Sandman's gentle theme: Simply poetic and tragic.

6. The Peter's guilt/Uncle Ben's death music from SM3.
7. Doc Ock's theme.
8. The music that plays after MJ runs into John Jameson's arms in SM2 and Spidey watches in the distance.
9. The music when Harry dies in SM3.
10. The music in the church tower when Venom is born.

Say what you want about the movies or Elfman (or Young for that matter), but this trilogy had good music. Maybe not as good as Williams' work on SW and IJ or the LOTR music, but still excellent.

Great post DACrowe. :woot::up:

While I voted Spidey, my absolute favorite (which wasn't on the list) is the responsibilty/fate motif. I hated how it was only used twice in Spider-Man 3 :cmad: .

If you're talking about the music in 3 where he looks at his suit before the final battle, that's Peter Parker's theme.

Definately Spiderman's theme for me, i loved it, though the Goblin theme was awesome also.

^No, i actually just did a mass crawl through pages of the avatar thread as i have been wanting that scene as an avatar for AGES.

I must have gone through 40 pages but found it, its by Gold Goblin, i asked him if i could use it but he hasnt replied back, i'm sure he wont mind.

I like all the music, btu my favorites are spidey's theme, Black-Suited, spidey theme, music the plays when spidey is sitting on the churh tower, and the spidey/venom theme(known as "Black-Suited spider-Man goes to church).

Hey there's something cool I noticed a little while back about that melody. It's actually used many times in the movie, and everytime it's played differently. To name a few places, the beginning of the movie when the little kids walk up to Peter, when the symbiote is first attaching to Spidey, and also when Spiderman is being crushed by Sandman. Although the last one is slightly different.

In the beginning it sounds a lot happier, as you can imagine. I also believe, it's kind of in the beginning of Harry's funeral(Before you hear Peter's theme).
