Favorite stand-up comedians

Gabriel Iglesias has become my favourite comedian of today. The guy knows how to tell stories with weird and funny sound effects.

Will do, tickets start at $35 a pop. Pretty reasonable. When I saw Chappelle I think they were $55 a pop

R.I.P. - Robin Williams will always be my favorite.

Dave Chappelle
Louis CK
Chris Rock
George Carlin
Bill Hicks

Ladies night on Friday to see Loni Love at DC Improv. She's not my favorite, but I thought it would be nice for the girls on Mother's Day weekend.

Gabriel Iglesias has been my new favorite for the past few years

Just ordered tix for Chris Hardwick in Tampa on 8/8/15. He is one of my all time fave comedians so that should be a fun night

Bill Burr, Louis CK, and Eddie Izzard are three of my favorite contemporary comedians. Seems like most the guys I enjoy are a few generations earlier: Guys like Sam Kinison, Rodney Dangerfield, and Steven Wright. And Paul Reiser. I know he never really "caught on" but he was hilarious.

Tommy Tiernan
Bill Burr
Bill Bailey
Bill Hicks
Dylan Moran
Dara O'Briain
Early Eddie Murphy

I caught Ari Shaffir at DC Improv last Sunday, he's tops on my list.

Bo Burnam - Make Happy

Came out this year as a Netflix original and it is far and away the best stand-up special this year IMO. Bo really took his gimmick and goes very meta while asking some deep f***ing questions and you don't even realize it until the end of the show.

If you have seen it, it's a must watch if you love good stand-up.

So Norm McDonald's new Netflix special is the best of 2017 IMO so far. He absolutely kills it and it came out of nowhere. I knew he was still doing shows but not touring hardcore regularly these days. If you haven't seen it yet go check it out. Great deadpan mixed with observational and literal humor.
