Out of all the movie nerds on youtube, who's your favorite and why?

For me I only follow Double Toasted... even when I disagree with their reviews, they always make it an entertaining show. They're the best duo we have since Siskel & Ebert.

If there's anyone that I missed, please post them.

Red Letter Media
They are very entertaining.

Not necessarily a reviewer in the same way that you guys are talking about, but Oliver Harper's retrospectives are always impressive, his passion, knowledge and approach of presentation always come across well.

In terms of contemporary daily 'stuff', Collider would be my 'go to' view, I can tell you who I won't listen too though and that's John Campea, cannot stand him.

Grace Randolph and John Campea. The only two I trust. (Though Campea’s hatred of Gal Gadot annoys me, and Randolph rather upset me with her stance on Captain Marvel).

Also, the Tamara Just Saw channel is quite amusing.

She really is the worst. I mean, beyond not making sense half the time, she so clearly makes the dumbest things up.

It is those things, but it's the badly hidden jealousy and envy contained within her character for me that's the most damming shame and her continuous 'bulldozing' of other females in the film & entertainment industry. Just because she didn't make it as an actress (and I'm glad she's found another 'way in') but having a free reign and privilege frankly to air one's views doesn't give any one individual the right to chastise and place, frankly, lies, within one's soundbox. Plus, if she can stop eating a multi-family pack of m&m's prior to recording and just sllllloooowww down a little, she'd make a massive improvement.

Funny thing is there was a couple of crossover videos of Grace Randolph with Korey Coleman and she was pretty normal. But that was years ago.

This reminds me of Korey's stories about knowing Alex Jones back in the day.

I like Jahns the most but it's only because he's entertaining to watch. I don't really watch him for his reviews. ;)

Jeremy Jahns. He gets right to it. No need for 30 minute reviews of people laughing at their own jokes.

I've been following Korey and Martin of Double Toasted for like 10 years almost. I used to be a subscriber to DT. I think once Spill died and DT was born something was lost. Martin, admitted to, taking more of a backseat and just let Korey steer the ship, but it's so much better when Martin was more active in the Spill days. It's just kinda turned into the Korey show and 30 minutes of mostly Korey talking isn't interesting. Again with Spill it was more of a group thing it felt like. And that made it better. I still like them, but not as much.

ScreenJunkies I do like also. As sucky as it is, I also do kinda feel like, they're reviews and MovieFights lost something with Signore left. But I'm more than fine with the quality dropping with Signore rightfully being kicked out.

I mean I only really watch reviews to movies I and the reviewers disliked. They're always the funniest.

Surprised ColliderVideos or SchmoesKnow aren't on the list.

Where's Schmoes? Harloff and Ellis are my favorites and the one's I watch the most, but out of this list, I'll probably say Jahns.

Double Toasted and Red Letter Media are by far the best movie review channels on Youtube. Every other channel I've seen, whether it be Screen Junkies or Collider and a few others more often than not tip toe around critiques of the films, and often come across as fake, like they don't want to offend anyone. DT and RLM are the most fair and brutally honest reviewers on the platform and don't give a **** about what others might think.

I love Double Toasted but I miss Goodwin and Girts. Those two had wonderful chemistry with Korey and Martin.
