Got to go with the design from the SHAZAM short, along with the design from YJ.

My dream would be to have the new DCAU be based off of the shorts, but, that ship has sailed it seems.

I can't understand why they just don't use the MOS design in the comics if they are SO adamant about the trunks not being there. It's a superior design to that high collared piece of crap Jim Lee design.

Superman TAS, followed by JL: Season 2/JLU are my favorite animation designs.

Superman: TAS is also my all time favorite Superman as far as story and characterization goes. My only complaint about his portrayal on the show is that I wish they made his power levels a bit higher than they were on the show, but I enjoyed the show anyway. (It was nothing to how depowered they made him in season 1 of JL at least...that was terrible)

I agree, I would MUCH rather have that than that Jim Lee disaster. The MOS suit oddly enough looks more like classic Superman than that New 52 travesty suit. The no collar/classic cape/exposed neck look and "M" boots are much better designs than what Jim Lee did, should've just left that alone.

The Superman design in the Shazam feature was pretty awesome.

No Legion of superheroes superman? people always seem to forget that LOSH was a superman cartoon through and through.
As for favorite superman animated version I have to say the Galactic Guardians version since is based on Jose Garcia Lopez's design (who happens to be my favorite superman artist of all time next to john Byrne).

Although the project was canned, what about these cartoony Jose Garcia Lopez inspired (in terms of the bold colors) JLAers, the Superman in particular of course - what do you guys think? I'd have been fine with a show like this:
