World Favourite Animated Superman design

If that happens I hope Cartoon Network won't get a hold of any new DC animated shows.

Edit: I know the odds of that happening are slim.

It really seems interesting that superman is the more 'cartoony' character when compared with batman yet it's batman who has had the cartoons while superman had way more live action tv shows (3 in the last 2 decades).
I too would love another solo superman cartoon but according to paul dini, the networks are moving away from the serious cartoons and more into the 'kid's friendly' ones. That's why more mature shows like YJ, Tron uprising and beware the batman were canceled earlier than expected while silly shows like avengers, hulk and spiderman are all going strong.
I am certain that a superman cartoon will be made in the next 2 years to coincide with MOS2; most likely it's going to be that weird superman/batman cartoon that they were planning for a little while back.

IMHO One of the best but sadly underrated animated designs of Superman is the Ruby Spears design of Superman.

Two of my favorite animated designs of Superman are the Filmation design, because it's a curt swan superman comic in motion. Also the Galactic Guardians Superman design, because it looks a lot like an animated Christopher Reeve.

Fleischer Superman was my first animated Superman and I think it will always be my favorite.

That Fleischer suit will always bring me back and is my favorite. That is how I was introduced to SUPES. Something about that short cape always reminds me of putting a towel in my shirt and running around the house.

Love this! I'd watch this in a cartoon series.

That supes is just endearing for some reason. I also love how they made him move in the animation. Impressive for those days and very similar to how I imagine superman moving.
