Firefox Problems

Sigh....I'm having problems with Firefox. I could not get in and then I decided to uninstall it so that I can re-install it in the hopes of getting back in. Now I have to use Internet Explorer and I went on the Mozilla site and it won't let me re-install Firefox for some reason.

Need help.
