I think the beard is a great addition. Another good Ultimates/616 crossover (in terms of how they look lately)

It just strikes me as a bit crazy that people can take a picture of Hemsworth by himself, with nothing to judge scale against, and claim that he looks "too small." Chris Evans is 6'2" with a fairly muscular build and Robert Downey, Jr. is 5'9" with a relatively normal build. Thor is gonna tower over both of them on screen and he'll be at least as bulky as Cap. Can't really ask for more than that without moving into steroids and/or lifetime bodybuilding territory.

Not trying to be knitpicky but Evans is 5'11 - 6'0 ...... Check out this photo of he and Forrest Whitaker, who is 6'2 .....

I'm aware he has, just talking about recently!
Marvel seem to have a really good grasp of crossing between 616 and Ultimates which works well for adapting to the screen!

I don't thin we have much to worry about for now except Cap's suit.

For Cap, I wouldn't mind the Ultimate WWII look for his movie. It takes place during WWII, right? That was one awesome costume Hitch designed, even if it was worn by the embodiment of all that is *****ebaggy called Ultimate Cap.
