First Splinter Cell review is out...

They compare it unfavourably to metal gear, and say how incredibly flawed it is, and aww who am I kidding, they loved it and it got 9 out of 10

The official (UK) x box 360 mag says it's brilliant. The only disappointment, they say, (and quite disappointingly) is that the characters lack development. Im not sure if I'm taking that too seriously though seeing as the others all had good characters , and I know from certain levels I've played on psp it takes same into darker territory.

But let's face it, did we have any doubts this would be a great game?

Basically, Ubi-Soft is an EA done right.

It's more like a giant turd spray painted gold. On the outside it looks great. Because "hey it's Superman!" But once you get into it, you're more like "hey, this is a game made by EA and it sucks!" or "hey, this isn't gold! It's a turd spray painted gold!" I hope I'm wrong, but I'll wait for the reviews before I buy this puppy.

I'm thinking the guy with his underwear outside his pants looses the virility contest. Not to mention the fact critics have guessed one of the reasons people didn't go see the new Superman movie is because his costume made him look "effeminate".
