yeah john rocked. They need to use that Elfman theme too! That song just screamed FAST! It was the song I hummed in my head the Halloween of 91' when the Flash TV Series was on. (I was The Flash for Halloween that year) HAHA.

I remember running down the sidewalk as fast as I could humming the Elfman theme. *sigh* Ahhh, childhood...

Does anyone else think they should get original live-action Flash/John Wesley Shipp to be Jay Garrick in the Flash spin-off movie?

Yeah, he does look more like Jay Garrick now. Nothing wrong with that.

I'm with that. If they wanna use a clip of John as Barry from the old series to show him in his prime then have him in the present being older then dieing works. You gotta admit, John was a great bit of casting.

I hope they get him as Jay Garrick(as mentor to the younger Flashes) so we can get a proper Flash saga starting with Barry all the way to Wally.

I hear what you are saying, but I think since he already played Barry and there's tons of footage of him as Barry, have him be Barry not Jay. Old clips from the show plus new footage of him in the movie does make it seem like he's had a long career as the Flash.
