Anyone done it? My girlfriend sells real estate and she's been trying to get me into this for a while now. On the one hand, it sounds like it could be fun and an easy way to make money. On the other hand, it sounds like it could be a nightmare and an easy way to lose your shirt. If you've done it, tell me your experiences.

I'm not strong enough to flip a house...:csad:

Let me feel your muscles. :O

I hate decorating so I would lose my shirt as you say!

Seems like you'd have to already have some serious cash to throw around.

Lol, sorry. My bad. I don't know people here very well yet. :O

You just like to go around topless. :whatever:

With the way the used house market is going I wouldn't think now is the time for something like this.

Well, it depends entirely on your local market, I'm sure. And anyway, when things are a bit depressed you can probably get more bargains.

That's true as well, I know around here the used market is rough. The new homes market is doing amazingly well though.

But, your right in that it could be a good way to get a deal, but you may have a hard time selling later depending on your area.

That's true. :csad: She says she'd only let me buy houses that she knew would sell. I'd have to depend on her discretion.

Hmm. This is looking less and less likely. :csad:
jk. :o

I love you lets flip houses together.

jk again. :O

Quite joking around. :cmad:

j/k :O

Well, you could always continue to save money and I'm sure in a couple of years the market should spring back a bit. Then you'd have more money and hopefully a favorable environment for flipping...houses that is...not the bird. :oldrazz: Yes, I know, that was dry as toast. :csad:

I wouldnt give up hope , you always hear about people who are sucessful because they took a chance.

Flipping houses? I'd think you'd need one of those big giant industrial forklift...things...or something
